Strength #9 - Total Body

In this 30 minute total body strength and cardio workout class, we use one dumbbell to challenge all the major muscle groups of the body. 


We use combination moves to challenge multiple body regions as well as increasing the cardiovascular challenge AND your coordination! 


This class has 1 circuit of 5 moves, and we'll do that circuit 4 times through. 


Exercises include: 

  • side lunge with cross-bicep-curl 

  • squat press with tricep extension 

  • combo core/press move
